One of the finest homes in Avalon with panoramic views from three sides of the magnificent wrap-around deck. Families and couples only. This is a quiet neighborhood. Three stories-gourmet kitchen, living and dining rooms, one bedroom and bath on top floor, and remaining bedrooms and baths on lower two levels. Restored early 20th century interior. The view makes the climb up the 158 stairs completely worth it. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by a stunning panoramic view of Avalon. The house is three stories tall and worked wonderfully for our family.The main level features a convenient bedroom and bathroom right off the kitchen, perfect for my dad. The lower second level has Jack-and-Jill bedrooms, each with its own deck overlooking the water, plus a full bathroom and an alcove room with bunk beds. The lowest level is home to the master bedroom and another full bathroom.Overall, our stay was excellent. The house is older, so the carpet could use a deep cleaning or updating, and some of the bedding and pillows could be refreshed. That said, the kitchen was very well-equipped, we cooked breakfast every morning and dinner a couple of times. The rest of our meals were enjoyed in town.Helpful tips: Bring your own beach towels and be prepared to do a lot of walking. Note that rented golf carts are not allowed on Middle Terrace Road. We used Ride Circuit for transportation a few times, it worked well one evening, but they close at 9:00 pm and can be very busy in the mornings.Highly recommend this home for its incredible views and great layout!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The deck was a highlight, such a great space to relax and spend time outside. The kitchen was also fully stocked, which made it easy to cook and feel at home.The bottom floor could definitely use some updating. It felt quite musty, and the carpet had a noticeable wet smell. The beds and pillows were also a bit worn and could use replacing.Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated the home, especially the upper level, where we ended up spending most of our time. The positives definitely made the stay enjoyable, despite the rooms that need improvement.

View was amazing! However, the property smelled musty and the carpet on the bottom 2 floors was dirty. It seems like there may have been previous water damage that needs to be fixed by either the owner or property management company. House was a bit out dated. Needs some TLC.
