having secure offstreet parking was excellent. It was really nice to have a living area when we came and visited our daughter. The gym is great. 10 minute walk to downtown Evanston.

Over all property is average. A few disappointing items.Towels need replaced, they are stained, old and ratty.There are very few glasses for beverages.
