Has a large back-up generator (House is fully powered 24/7). Off-street parking, fully furnished. Very quiet, safe and friendly neighbor hood.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with ac that is able to freeze you out. For someone looking to save money by not eating out every meal, the cooking area works, with dishes and utensils and a coffee pot. The full size frig can handle any leftovers from eating out as well. It's close to Food Center, and Benner Bay, and not far from Red Hook and the ferry. The bed and bath facilities are good. Beach chairs and cooler are provided with the room. I have stayed more than once, it's quiet and peaceful, and Shorn "Dexter" Robinson is a great host, who listens to your concerns and will work to accomodate you. The condos are reasonable for St. Thomas, and I hope to stay there again, soon. He'll rent you a car as well!

We had an amazing time staying at Dexter’s condo. Everything was as described and he had a quick response time if we needed anything. would love to stay here again!

The host was excellent and always available. The 1 room condo was clean and everything was organized and intuitive. Easy location for Red Hook. Just far enough away to avoid traffic and noise. Plenty safe parking. Easy to come and go
