About this house rental
Our beautiful 1500 square foot home is located in the warm and welcoming Clearbrook Estates and has tons of natural light. Easy walking distance to Settlers Park (at Meridian and Ustick). The home has an open airy floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, pantry, dining room table and eat at counter bar (2) comfy living room with big screen TV, DIRECTV and DVD player, and with 4 bedrooms (2 queen beds each with flat-screen TV and DIRECTV, and 2 twin beds each in their own room for kids) plus an office with south-facing window and printer. Laundry has new LG Washer & Dryer. The backyard is spacious and fenced for privacy with views of mature trees. Propane BBQ and outside dining under lit umbrella. Pack and Play, high chair and stroller available.
Centrally located in the Treasure Valley, you're 15 minutes or so to Boise, Nampa and Eagle. Enjoy countless nearby restaurants, the Village in Meridian, float the Boise River, hike the foothills, or walk or bike the Boise Greenbelt. Bogus Basin Ski Resort is not even an hour away and Eagle Island State Park is only 15 minutes away! Not to mention Albertsons is just 1 minute away to go groceries shopping.

The property was as described. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood where neighbors were out walking dogs and enjoying the morning hours. An Albertson’s grocery is about 5-6 blocks away. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. It was convenient for two people to work together in. An outdoor small dining area with 6 chairs, a table, and an umbrella were very nice to use in the morning and once the weather cooled down in the evening. The property has four, yes four bedrooms. Two have twin beds, two have queen sized. The house has two distinct bedroom areas on either side of the house. There is also an office space. Now to the bad stuff: NONE! NO COMPLAINTS! We would happily stay at this property again.

We love staying here with we come visit Meridian! The rooms are all spacious and clean. I love that I can do laundry in home and that everything we need to cook is provided in the kitchen. The backyard is private and spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in Meridian or Boise!
