I would have given all Excellent, but the initial description did not talk about parking. There are only 2 off-street parking spaces and 5 cabins. The parking spaces are small, in the alley, and hard to get into. That being said, there was sufficient street parking and no one's car was vandalized or otherwise harmed. Also, it sleeps 3, but one person has the pull out bed. It was comfortable enough, but there was only 1 flimsy blanket and it was a cool night, even though it was June. I went out and bought an extra blanket the next day, and solved that problem. The property is super cute. When we were there it was really quiet. It's centrally located and we had no problem getting around. We made use of the kitchen and the washer and dryer, both were in good working condition and definitely adequate for a short stay. You do need to bring your own laundry detergent (not a negative, just in case someone was wondering). The ring bell contact if you (like me) have trouble getting in was great. (BTW, it was my problem, not Team Cherry.) All 3 of us agreed we would definitely stay there again.

This is an excellent place for old, young and in between. So close to everything. Very quiet also.

Love this host’s cabins. This is our second time booking this one. Quiet location. Would definitely stay here again…we’re actually planning on making a multi-day trip this summer.
