The location is great and the balcony view was amazing. The condo itself could use some TLC for the price it is listed at. The rugs appeared worn and to need a good cleaning. The kitchen sink had paint in it upon arrival from the handyman washing brushes out in the sink. He did come clean it after I reported it and he did a great job on it. The front door does not have a good seal around it and it Whistled pretty loud when the wind blew and it blew hard some days, so it whistled very loud (Disturbing). I reported it but it was never taken care of that we could tell. The Patio door off living room is very jacked up and hard to close (Needs replaced). Neither of the bedroom doors locked. The bathroom toilets could use some better scrubbing under the rims as it is unsightly. I brought my own towels and wash rags so we only used a two of the condos so we would not stain them. The beds were comfortable but pillows in the Master need replaced and protectors on them, when we stripped them before leaving, they were stained. Did not notice that before we stripped the beds or probably would have bought new pillows for ourselves. I will say the condo itself with some updating and better upkeep would be great for the price. I understand how high it is to maintain these properties, so I really am not complaining just letting you know our experience. I am a meticulous person, so cleanliness is my biggest concern at any time next to safety.

This condo had the best views with large windows overlooking the ocean in both bedrooms, living room, dining area and kitchen. The 2nd floor is a huge bonus with good proximity to the beach access, pools, elevator, and the stairs which we used most of the time. Sitting on the balcony was enjoyable because of the closeness to the ocean yet it still felt private. Walmart, restaurants and shopping are close enough to walk to! Steve provided good feedback and was organized with information. We will be coming back as we really enjoyed this condo…it felt like home for the month.
