All expectations were met ! Our host truly is a “ SuperHost! We had an early flight arriving and a late flight departure, and ouraccommodated an early check in and later check out . We realize this is not always possible but it really helped ease some of the travel tensions. Thank you for your kindness !The property presents superior to pics . Inside is very spacious with everything you need . We have stayed at many vacation rental places and they have all given you the “ starter” kitchen and bath amenities. Nash provides an ample supply of paper towels , cleaning products and toilet paper , beach towels , bath towels . Complimentary espresso was left for us as well in the modern well equipped kitchen ! Huge dining table overlooking pool and backyard . White furniture and bed linens are spotless - kudus to the overall cleanliness . 3 bedrooms would be great for couples or larger group . Workout bench and dumbbells- a nice addition. The beautiful back yard ,large pool , new grill make the outdoors an awesome experience . Pool is very private and neighborhood is quiet . Gorgeous park and pond one block away . We had some cool weather and we were allowed to raise the pool temp during our stay . That was very impressive ! Many birds singing in the early morning created a serene peaceful start of the day . We were there for 1 week and it was surely not long enough . Would definitely book this again in the future . Our stay in Seminole was simply perfect. Check-in was easy, our host Nash was kind and responsive, and the place was fantastic. We loved the pool! Would absolutely recommend this spot, especially for how close it was to the beach. Best of both worlds, truly.

This was our second time staying at this rental home. The house is clean and cozy, with very comfortable beds. The dining room table overlooking the backyard and pool is a perfect place to eat with the family. The backyard is beautiful. The landscaping is so tropical that you truly feel like you’re in paradise. The heated pool is the perfect size and so much fun. We had a wonderful vacation and will use this home again in the future.

The back yard space and pool was amazing. House was clean and ready for our stay. Beds were really comfortable. Checking in and checking out was super easy. Nash is amazing at responding to any request. Highly recommend!!
