We wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent stay. Overall, the accommodation was professional and comfortable, but there are a few areas where the guest experience could be significantly improved:1. Check-in/Check-out Flexibility: The current policy feels very stringent. It would be incredibly helpful for guests if you offered more flexibility, such as a 2:00 PM check-in and a 12:00 PM (noon) check-out. The current tight window adds unnecessary stress to the travel day.2. Safety Measures: The top bedroom requires additional safety measures, e.g., The stairs are quite steep / A railing or safety gate is needed] to ensure guests feel fully secure.3. Outdoor Engagement (Basketball Hook): Please add a basketball hoop/hook to the exterior layout. This will be a great addition to encourage outdoor activities and engagement for the kids. 4. Living Room / Bedroom Jack and Jill Bathroom: For the shared Jack and Jill bathroom, please ensure a two-way locking system is installed on both entry points (the bedroom side and the living room side). It is crucial that the privacy locks function seamlessly from both perspectives so guests or family members can secure the space from either entrance.We hope these adjustments can be considered for future guests.Thank You!

One of the best equipped kitchens I’ve used in a VrBo—great equipment and sharp knives!!! We did a whole turkey dinner!

This cabin was even better in person than in photos! It was specious and beautiful, and also clean and cozy. We traveled with 2 families (5 kids between us) and the kids LOVED the downstairs game room, movie theatre, and bunk room. When we weren’t outside playing, the kids spent most of their time playing downstairs. Everything was new and updated, including the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and carpets. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and using the fire pit. The kids also loved rolling, running, and kicking balls down the big front hill. But their favorite part of the outside experience was having a chance to take a dip in the hot tub! Jason was very kind and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We just got home today and my kids are asking when we will be back! We will definitely plan another visit!
