With a wrap-around screened porch and mesmerizing oceans views from nearly every room in the home, Seaside Therapy is conveniently situated across the street from the Seabrook Island Beach Club swimming pools and two golf courses. Guests of Seaside Therapy may access (subject to additional fees) the Seabrook Island club amenities including the outdoor, oceanfront swimming pool; fitness center; golf courses; tennis & pickle ball courts; equestrian center; indoor pool at the Lake House and playground.

Guests enter Seaside Therapy by taking the building's elevator or the staircase from the parking garage to the 1st floor and walking across the exterior corridor to the front door of this home. Once you enter the front door, you will find the kitchen, dining area, living room, screened porch and both suites. You can enjoy ocean views from the kitchen, dining, living room, screened balcony and both bedrooms. Soak up the ocean breezes and the sounds of crashing waves from the wrap-around screened porch. There is a washing machine & dryer in the condo.
Seaside Therapy is a condo located within the Atrium Villas residential community. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay. As with most condos, you may hear noises from units above and adjacent to this condo.

Stayed 3 nights in April. Large two bedroom villa with a large screened in porch. Really enjoyed our stay. This villa and gated community is in a very secluded and quiet neighborhood. Enjoy your stay here.

The condo was very nice and located across the street from the ocean which was very convenient for walks. Itrip, the management company, which was very helpful when we had questions regarding the unit. The welcome gift was a nice touch. The only downside was there was not an amenities pass to take advantage of the restaurants on the property. Other than that, I would recommend staying on the property.

The unit was cute and comfortable and in overall clean condition. The tea pot on the stove….if you look inside it, the interior bottom is rusting. We also found several dirty plates in the cabinets. The furnace not supplying heat issue was handled poorly. After being told it would be taken care of, we got back that evening and it was still broken. I had to reach out again for the repair company to come and fix it.
