The apartment is located on the 5th floor, with lift, of an elegant residential building dating back to 1919, in a quiet and unique environment. The apartment has a large living room with sofa bed, smart TV, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds; It has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with large shower. Comforts such as air conditioning, free wi-fi connection, washing machine are included.
Ideal for tourist and business stays (medium term contracts available).

We loved our stay at this apartment. The photos really do it justice, and everything was as advertised. The furnishings, the layout, the fabulous kitchen, the beds, the lovely shower - all top notch.
What we loved most of all was the apartment complex - the gardens are so peaceful, the complex is a real piece of authentic Roman life and we would recommend it in a heart beat.
We also had all our meals locally, and couldn’t fault a thing. Our favourite was Ristorante Casa del Gusto - where we had three enjoyable meals!
Public transport is also excellent - you can catch a bus into the city centre, from the corner of the complex. There is a really well stocked Carrefour market within a two minute walk, and there is the most delicious Pasticceria across the road which also sells gelato! The dream!
A lovely neighbourhood and I hope to return some day!
