About this apartment rental
Very nice two-bedroom, two full bath condo on the second floor. Both bathrooms remodeled in 2025! Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops. Screened in patio. King bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in guest bedroom. Vaulted ceilings in-unit with free Wi-Fi. Owner provided full washer/dryer. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

We absolutely loved this condo - the layout, the lovely decor in every room, big closets and full length mirrors, the well-stocked kitchen, the cleanliness, and the back porch with that magnificent magnolia! The pool was fantastic, and the grounds were so nicely landscaped and clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. Also, we were very pleased with access to the incredibly beautiful beach and proximity to great places, like Grayton Beach/Western Lake, Watercolor, and the 30A bike trail. All were amazing excursions.Some cons were:- somewhat uncomfortable/springy beds in room 2 - the porch is not screened as pictured but we did not have an issue with mosquitos and bugs - rental chairs and umbrellas are lined up at the beach at the very front which are the best spots with the best view.- check in is extra late and check out is extra early (they were a little flexible with check in) Overall, it was a BEAUTIFUL condo and one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at in the area. Overall, this location is fantastic, and the condo aligns with the price and description. It provided everything we needed during our week-long stay. The beach was only about 3 to 5 minutes away and was quiet because it is a private beach. Additionally, grocery stores are nearby, but you will still need a car or Uber to reach them.

Door lock did not work properly. Took several attempts each time to get in. Tried new batteries but didnt help. Showers dated along with a few other items. Place was clean and construction improvements are ongoing.
