We had a great time visiting Balboa Park The location was ideal with a very short walk to the center of the park. We enjoyed the rooftop with the airplanes flying above and skyline view with ceiling heat lamps for those cool San Dielgo nights. We did not notice the sound of the planes while inside the condo. Parking was easy and drop off in front of the building was easy too. The condo was clean and comfortable. Local restaurants were very good. Unit had plenty of towels, paper towels, and toiletries with q-tips and shaving kits (not expected). Felt safe in the neighborhood and the building security access was good. VERY QUICK response to any concerns or problems. AC worked well, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a fantastic stay at this location for a semi-local birthday weekend with friends. The space is set up well for multiple people. The host was incredibly responsive and was very accommodating. We knew what to expect before arrival and had no issues during our stay. The host checked in with us multiple times to make sure that we had everything we needed. The rooftop lounge BBQ area is beautiful. When we were there it was one of the few rainy weekends and the outside heaters were a great addition. The roof had lovely sunset and downtown views despite the clouds. The unit location is really conveniet to a variety of things in different directions. There' a neighborhood about two blocksaway that has an strip of restaurants and bars, we had a nice dinner at a really good Italian place. Location is extremely close close to Balboa Park (less than three blocks). It was really great stay and I highly recommend the unit as it was a great stay, it's on my list for future group or family trips to San Diego.

It was great having two full bathrooms for us and our adult daughter. The beds were very comfortable. There is plenty of room and access to the rooftop is great, for wonderful views. The location is convenient for quick Lyft access and there is a good pub within walking distance. This is a great option to use as a home base to explore San Diego!
