Cape Coral Reef is a rare courtyard pool home offering privacy and space for large families or groups. This 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom property pairs a main residence with two separate guest suites, each with its own private entrance. It's also a pet-friendly home! Cape Coral Reef is the perfect stay for large families, multi-generational groups, and guests who want to stay together but have their own private space.
Cape Coral Reef is tucked into a quiet residential pocket of South Cape Coral, within walking distance to a baseball and soccer sports complex. Guests are only a few driving minutes away from nature parks, Yacht Club Beach, and downtown Cape Coral restaurants.
Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Suite: King bed, Smart TV, private access to the pool lanai. En-suite bath with dual vanities, walk-in shower, and large closet.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds.
- Guest Bathroom: Tub/shower combination.
- Guest Suite 1: Queen bed, Smart TV. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Guest Suite 2: Queen bed, Smart TV. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
The open-concept living area with a large Smart TV creates a welcoming space for the whole group, and your dog, to gather. The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, bar seating, cooking essentials, and a drip coffee maker. The two guest suites off the courtyard pool deck offer a quiet space for additional guests. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. There is a washer and dryer for longer stays.
Step out to a private courtyard lanai, centered around a solar-heated pool. Soak up the Florida sun on the poolside loungers. Fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy evening meals on the outdoor dining table for 6 guests.
Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 6 guests with an additional fee for extra guests.
- Pet-friendly! One dog is permitted with a non-refundable pet fee, due at the time of booking.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags, etc.) is provided for approximately 3–5 days.
- Electric charge is prepaid and included in the reservation.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- The pool relies on sunlight to maintain its temperature. Water temperatures can vary with the weather and typically run cooler in the winter months.
- Trash pickup is early Monday morning. Garbage cans must be taken to the end of the driveway Sunday night or a $50 fine applies.

Great area, Large Patio, House was good like 3 master rooms plenty of room for everyone. Host was very responsive. Pool is solar heated and not quite warm enough for us to use as often as we would have liked. Otherwise zero complants.

It would have been nice to know that two bedrooms are not located inside the home. We had children and they were scared to have to sleep outside. Also, the back door was impossible to open which made it even more scary for the kids outside. Twice the handle actually came off. Two bedrooms do not have TVs inside the home. And lastly, the water pressure in the master suite shower inside the home was so strong we had to use other showers because it hurt so bad. Bring your own pool toys and towels, nothing is provided.
