About this apartment rental
Located on the 2nd floor with elevator access, our condo is ideal for families with children, couples, seniors, and guests planning longer stays.
The open-concept living area features a 75” Smart TV and opens directly to a private balcony with beach and Gulf views, ocean breezes, and a peaceful atmosphere.
The condo is managed directly by the owner.
I personally inspect the property before every guest arrival to ensure it is spotless, fully prepared, and everything is in perfect working order. I also make ongoing improvements to keep the home comfortable and well-maintained.
No busy resort crowds. No noisy common areas.
Just a calm, boutique beachfront setting.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6)
• Primary suite with king bed, walk-in closet (great storage for extended stays), and ensuite bathroom, 55" smart TV
• Second bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, smart TV, closet.

We’ve been vacationing on the west coast of Florida for 10 years now, and I will say this was the best vacation spot we’ve rented. From the minute I saw the listing, we loved everything about it. The condo and the property were impeccably clean and furnished. The pool was spectacular, the beach was gorgeous. Our host, Yulia, was a treasure to deal with. We needed an extra umbrella for the beach due to a medical condition, and she provided a brand new umbrella without hesitation. A big plus is the central location to lots of great restaurants, Tropicana Field, and John’s Pass. And the other guests who were there were very friendly and welcoming. This complex also has I believe just 20 units, so it feels like a home on the beach vs a condo in a high rise. Oh, and the sunsets - just spectacular. Truly a gem - thank you Yulia - looking forward to next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yulia's property. We especially appreciated the "boutique" building compared to the common larger buildings with 100 units. It was convenient to have beach towels, beach chairs & an umbrella available for us to use. The view is amazing, especially at sunset! The condo was clean & the elevator was helpful while arriving/departing with luggage. We would definitely recommend to others & would rebook if we return to the area. Thank you, Yulia!

Our host was fantastic! She provided so much; making it easy for us to pack light due to flying. We loved the balcony and direct access to the beach! Gorgeous sunsets!! Most places don't provide swimming towels and she does! Thank you, Yulia for being amazing and letting us rent your condo. We will do it again! Great area!! She even left the Christmas tree up! With the building being smaller than most, it was wonderfully quiet at night. Made sleeping a breeze :)
