About this apartment rental
This sunny apartment has king and queen bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses and pillows, new appliances, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a laundry area. It's less than 3 miles to downtown Augusta and the medical district, and you can walk to Augusta State, Piedmont Summerville, and the VA. Fort Gordon, the Cyber Center and the Augusta National are within easy reach. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. This is an allergy-friendly home that accepts no animals because of host allergies.
This upstairs apartment has everything you need to work, cook, clean, and rest. Located in the historic and sought-after Summerville neighborhood, it is within easy reach of coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants with great cocktails, food, and atmosphere. There is plenty of on-site parking, and the neighbors are quiet. There is one flight of stairs to get into the apartment and a second set inside the apartment.You have access to the entire upstairs unit. There is one flight of stairs to get into the apartment and a second set inside. There is parking for 2 to 3 vehicles on the lot and additional parking on the street. Access is provided via a smart lock with a personal code that will be shared prior to check in.

**There is only one door in and out. For fire safety, there is a fire ladder in each bedroom closet and the kitchen. The manufacturer recommends reading the instructions.
**This apartment does not have a dishwasher.
**The house sits on a busy road, and some traffic noise comes in through the windows. Some guests find the house quiet; others find the noise a bit loud. Each bedroom has a white noise machine to help mitigate this.
**We provide paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry pods, dryer sheets, and a first aid kit.
