A Queen bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor with private access to a full bathroom, while the second floor features the King master suite and two bedrooms designed especially for younger guests. Every bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The living areas offer plenty of space to relax with the family after a day of exploring Orlando. GUEST ACCESS
Guests go directly to the property and enter using an electronic access code. There is no need to pick up a physical key.
Arrival instructions and the door code will be sent to the registered email address approximately 2 days before the stay.
After completing the reservation, guests may receive an electronic request to sign the rental agreement. Please also check your spam or junk email folder. Airbnb guests do not receive this email.
EXTRA SERVICES
Extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
BBQ Grill: US$60 plus 13.5% tax for the entire stay. Guests are responsible for replacing/refilling the propane tank when necessary. The fee covers final cleaning and normal wear and tear of the equipment.
Pool Heating: US$35 per day, with a minimum purchase of 2 consecutive days. The service must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The maximum temperature is 95°F (approximately 35°C). Because the system uses heat-exchange technology, its performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if cold weather prevents the water from reaching the desired temperature.
Pets: US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time fee for the entire stay and is not charged per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a maximum weight of 35 lb each.
