About this cabin rental
Lowry’s retreat is a couples perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Come and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature, as you relax in the hot tub. Roast hot dogs over an open flame as you gaze at the stars and let the stress of everyday life melt away. Take a hike at one of the local parks less than ten miles away. Just retreat for the weekend. ( There’s no cell service). Lowry’s retreat was designed for two guests only no kids or pets.

Cabin was cozy for two. Spent most of the time in the hot tub. Great location. Owner was helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Very clean cabin with all of the amenities you need. The hot tub, electric fireplace and Roku TV makes for relaxing evenings. Very quiet area. The 3 days we were here I can count on less than both hands how many vehicles we heard or saw go down the road. Here are a couple of tips (that are 100% no fault of the property owners) -There is no cell signal (Verizon or AT&T). But the cabin does have WiFi. Make sure to look up your directions on your maps and actually start them before leaving the cabin.-The water is well water, and the hot water tank collects a lot of iron. The faucets / shower puts off a foul smell at times. Be sure to bring bottled water for drinking, brushing your teeth. When I was talking to the property owner about it, he said he had found something to put in the tank that wouldhopefully help. So, this may not be an issue much longer if followed through with. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone looking for a get-away.

We had a great stay at the cabin. It was very nice, clean, and well maintained. The space was comfortable and relaxing, and everything we needed was provided. We really enjoyed our time.
