Great studio unit centrally located close to Island activities, shopping and restaurants. Spacious room with a queen size bed, sitting area with flat screen TV and convenient kitchenette. Absolutely beautiful view! Waking up and going to bed with the sound of the ocean waves crashing. About 10 minutes from the airport is a really nice addition.

This is a wonderful property in a great location to explore Kauai. The grounds are especially pretty.

View was good, the room was ok, although there is a smell when you walk in, like condensation, not musty but a damp odor. The towels for the pool were thin and flimsy, and there was no box of Kleenex in the room. The lock box was sticky and it took 20 minutes to get the key to enter the room, and the remote did not work for the TV. (The push button codes at other VRBOs are much easier to navigate) All our concerns re: key and TV were answered immediately which was nice.
