This is a spacious 2 bed/1 bath home, perfect for beach lovers, boating enthusiasts, and golfers! Chez Jasmin offers a chic retro vibe with all the comforts of a modern home, just a 7 minute drive from south Florida's most beautiful beaches!
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD: Close to Everything 🐚 🌊
Our home is in a picturesque neighborhood called Avalon Harbor, just steps from the Intracoastal, boat launch, waterfront park, and marina. We are a short walk or drive from Pompano's beautiful golf course and olympic-sized aquatic center! To get to the town's main beach, it's just a 5 minute drive, 8 minute bike ride (enjoyable!), or 30 minute walk.

My new home away from home. I travel to Florida from Texas frequently, and this is the place I will be staying from now on. So clean, quiet, & peaceful. I love the artwork in the home and the lovely landscaping. Dez is like a loving aunt who is so excited you’re here. Just a mile from the beach, which has a very chill vibe.

A Great Winter Escape! My adult daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this Florida home. The location was perfect—just minutes from shopping, the gym, great restaurants, and the beach. Having both Whole Foods Market and Publix nearby was especially convenient. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe.The home itself was inviting and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Everything was clean and in excellent working condition. We especially enjoyed the very private backyard—the hot tub and lanais were perfect for relaxing.Desiree was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely concerned about our comfort. She made sure we had everything we needed. We would happily stay here again!

Our host Desiree was so welcoming and helpful. The home was lovely, just as it looks in the photos! We had coffee every morning in the charming, enclosed patio. The house and neighborhood were very quiet. Just a 5-minute drive to the beach and many restaurants. Highly recommend!
