About this house rental
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It's located 7 mins from universal Studios, 15 mins from Hollywood, 20 mins from six flags/Magic mountains. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, has a large pool and Jacuzzi that can be heated.
There is an additional cost to heat the pool or spa (it’s optional).
Heating the spa is $175 for up to 3 days, $250 for up to 6 days (i6 days or more please ask privately).
Heating the pool is $250 per day, 3 days minimum.
There's a large pool table in the living room and a bar (see pictures, it’s great for hosting).
All 3 bathrooms are new! Large master bedroom with exit the pool.
Close to freeways, restaurants, markets & Starbucks.

5/5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay!We had an incredible experience at this beautiful B&B and couldn't recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home.The house itself is stunning—beautifully decorated, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is ideal—super central, with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and everything we wanted to do. We loved being able to walk or take short drives to all the highlights.The pool and spa were absolute highlights! We spent so many evenings unwinding in the warm spa and cooling off in the sparkling pool. It was pure bliss after long days exploring.Communication with the host was outstanding—prompt, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They made us feel welcomed and taken care of from booking all the way through checkout.If you're looking for a memorable, high-quality stay in a gorgeous property with an amazing host, book this one without hesitation. We already can't wait to come back!

My family met in LA for Universal Studios trip and the property was perfect. It was a quick drive around 15 min to Universal Studios Hollywood, which was helpful for tired kids and adults after an all day fun. The property was very clean. The bathrooms were newly remodeled. We brought stuff to cook. The oven is pretty old so it didn’t really get hot but there was a small toaster which was fine to bake. The contact person was available and very quick to answer anything we needed. The check in and out is convenient and easy. Had a wonderful stay at the property.

Had a wonderful time staying here! We needed early check in due to driving all night the house was ready to go as we arrived early!!! Communication was really good and quick! Thankyou for everything! Definitely recommend this location!
