The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home in Windsor Island Resort – a spacious five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom house with a loft, high-speed Wi-Fi and room for 15 to spread out and relax.
SLEEPING: a king main suite with private bathroom, a queen bedroom with private bathroom, two bedrooms with two full beds each, a room with two twin beds, and a fun loft with two more twins – plenty of space for grandparents, cousins and friends.
LIVING: a fully equipped kitchen for family breakfasts, comfortable dining and living areas, and a full laundry inside the home.
OUTDOORS: your very own private pool – heating is available for an extra fee, just let us know 48 hours before arrival.
INCLUDED: 12 towels, fresh linens and a welcome kit to get you started (replacing it is the guest's responsibility).

LOCATION: 4 minutes to Publix, 15 minutes to Disney, 27 minutes to the Premium Outlets and 35 minutes to Universal.
Good to know: guests must be 21+, and the home is smoke-free, pet-free and party-free. Parking: all vehicles must be registered on arrival, maximum 3 per townhouse; cars parked on the wrong side of the street, on sidewalks or along blue curbs will be tagged and may be fined or towed.
Guest Access:
The whole house is yours to enjoy – private pool, kitchen, laundry, loft and every bedroom. As registered guests of Windsor Island Resort you also get to enjoy the clubhouse, resort pool, lazy river, water slide, sports courts and tiki bar (all guest names must be registered before arrival). Parking for up to 3 registered vehicles.
The Neighborhood:
Windsor Island Resort is one of the newest gated resort communities near Disney, in Davenport. Spend your park days at Walt Disney World just 15 minutes away, then unwind at the resort's huge pool with cabanas, water slide and lazy river, or grab a drink at the tiki bar. Publix is 4 minutes down the road, and restaurants and shops along US-27 and US-192 are just a short drive. Universal, SeaWorld and the Orlando Premium Outlets are all within easy reach for a change of scenery.
Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the house. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 40 minutes by car; US-27, US-192 and I-4 whisk you to the theme parks, dining and shopping in no time. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.
Other Things to Note:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request (ID and payment method must match). Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.
GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.
VEHICLE & GUEST REGISTRATION: The resort enforces strict entry rules. All guests must be pre-registered, including drivers, passengers and rideshare drop-offs (Uber, Lyft, taxi) – unregistered guests will not be admitted. Maximum 3 vehicles per townhouse; once the limit is reached no additional vehicles are allowed, no exceptions. Vehicles must be registered on arrival. Parking is strictly prohibited on sidewalks and along painted blue curbs, and cars parked on the incorrect side of the street will be tagged and must be moved within 24 hours; violations may result in citations or fines from the HOA or local authorities and towing at the guest's expense.
POOL & SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.
GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.
HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages.
AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.
MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.

We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. A couple of the bedrooms are small if you need to add a crib or playpen but overall the size of the rooms is adequate. The master suite is very large. The process at the security gate is cumbersome and causes large lineups to get in to the community from mid afternoon to late evening. Even if you are already registered you can get caught in the line up for a while. If you have friends who will be visiting you will need to add them to your list of guests or they will not be allowed in to the property even if they are just picking up or dropping off something. The pool is small but ok for young children. Pool heat is definitely needed if you are renting in March, like we were, but the cost seems very high compared to other places we have rented in the same area with much larger pools. The company responds quickly to messages but you can only reach them through the VRBO app. If you need to call you will need to find their phone number online. I would suggest they add a phone number to the booking confirmation. Overall we had a good time and I would recommend the property. Thank you!

Our stay overall wasn’t bad overall. Upon arrival we noticed the refrigerator wasn’t working. This was resolved within a few hours. A brand new replacement fridge was brought in because maintenance couldn’t repair the original fridge. It’s requested that the thermostat stays between 73-78 degrees, but at that temperature the property gets pretty warm and the ac unit doesn’t really kick on. I would suggest putting a rug by the back door entry to the pool. That floor gets slippery.
