Fern Meadow – Dave & Mariana’s Custom cabin with a Fern Meadow leading to a private pond, Custom River Rock 2 Person Walk-in Shower, Gaming Table, Smart TV and much more to offer for your relaxation wants!
This is a renovation for Blue Creek Cabins. What used to be our company office is now YOUR RETREAT for two that will delight all your senses and give you a Fern Paradise to call your home away from home. Dave and Mariana didn’t hold back on anything from the high-end stainless steel appliances and farm sink in the kitchen to the custom log bed and river rock jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. This truly is a couple’s paradise. Need a relaxing evening, take a dip in the awesome hot tub on the screened-in back porch while you listen to music or enjoy the Amish rocking chairs with a view of the fern meadow behind the cabin for which it got its namesake! Take a walk down a manicured path that follows a creek down to a private pond.

When you book Fern Meadow, You are booking a Relaxing and Peaceful Getaway!
IMPORTANT Notes:
Min AGE of primary renter: 25 Years Old.
DOGS ONLY: Approved low-shedding breeds only. Dogs must be potty trained, under 50 lbs, and no more than 2 per stay.
Not permitted: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Bullmastiffs, high-shedding or large breeds, and cats.
Standard Pet fee: $150/pet
Long term pet fee (stays of 7+ days): $35/day per pet. Confirm pet terms with property manager, as breed and shedding factor into approval.
Pets may not be left unattended, tied up outside, or allowed on furniture/beds. Guests must supply their own pet bed/crate and clean up waste
We offer delivery of firewood. 3 bundles of firewood for $39.96 plus tax (Monday – Friday Only)

Seasonally decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas Tree, right after Thanksgiving and taken down right after the New Year’s holiday
We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. Be sure to bring extra of these items and any other items you may need for your stay

The cabin at Fern Meadow was well stocked and clean. The on demand hot water and shower was a big bonus. Our host was super helpful and responsive. We received a text and call prior to check in due to a small issue that was discovered before our check in time. The issue was minor but we were offered a comparable cabin that was available. The issue was so minor for our stay that we didn’t switch. And it was resolved the very next day. The location was great for our stay, Helen is very close as are the multiple wineries in the area.

Hot tub was great, really appreciated the mechanism to remove the cover. Place was very clean.

We’ve stayed at a lot of cabins and this one was a let down. Given the great reviews and the beautiful, bright pictures, I had expected a light, airy, bright cabin with lots of love and customization. Instead, we took a very rough road to get to the cabin, the cabin was dark and a very awkward layout. The small living room was squished between the kitchen and the bedroom and received very little light.
The kitchen was nicely set up, but the fan and the curtains that covered the French doors were disgusting and the cookware available was minimal and some was even put away dirty.
The bedroom was nicely done, but awkward. The steps leading to the jacuzzi were inches from the foot of the bed. The bathroom was small with a huge walk in shower that we really enjoyed, but it didn’t dry out between uses (nor between guests). We didn’t use the tub because the hot tub was so wonderful and perfectly chemically balanced.
We stayed for five nights, and were left two towels each and one set of bedding with no extra blankets. The towels stunk and I even bought detergent so that I could wash them, only to discover that they had only been washed on a 15 minute cycle previously. Since the towels and the dryer were still warm upon our arrival, it was easy to summize that the last load washed was indeed the towels. We’ve never rented in the area before, so perhaps it’s common in this area, but I have never heard of having to provide your own TP, garbage bags, paper towels, (out of roo
