House rules:
1. You must be 21 or older to book this home and all other guests must be 18 or older or accompanied by a parent or guardian.
2. Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
3. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence without express written consent. Please contact us if you are booking within your city.
4. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
5. Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.
6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
7. One small dog is allowed with a $100 fee and upon request only. Out of consideration of our neighbors we do not allow dogs considered to be a dangerous breed. We do not allow cats. Violation of our pet policy will result in a fine of $250. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. All dogs must have up to date shot records.
8. No third-party bookings. The person booking the unit must also be part of the group staying in the unit.
9. Screaming Reel Properties may use video surveillance in outside public areas for security purposes.
10. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
11. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bayou Front Home. The home was comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen so we were able to cook in and invite our family members to visit with us there. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated with high quality plumbing and appliances. We particularly enjoyed the pretty backyard and the deck by the canal, especially in the mornings. There was even a cardinal’s nest we could observe from the sun room window. Michelle was quick to respond to our questions. The house exterior could use some attention, but that in no way detracted from our stay. We would love to stay there again on our next trip to Pensacola.

It was a great place to rest and unplug…. A suggestion? Either hook up the ice maker or get some ice trays? FYI… the fishing was fabulous!! you’re only the third secretary of 50 years. There is one small fly in the ointment. The stay was ok. Unfortunately communication was very poor with the manager when we let them know the showers did not have hot water several times over 3 days. Something must have been wrong with the water heater because the sinks still had hot water. They also ignored my question about having any cushions for the patio furniture and that there was a rusty metal chair on the dock with some broken metal pieces. My son accidentally sat on it and had holes in his pants. The landscaping is overgrown so you can't use the outdoor fire pit. Inside is nice enough but there was obvious damage to the floors and uneven spots needing repair. The couch had some structural issue so you sunk in super deep in one spot. The kitchen is nice with everything needed. I was most disappointed that the property manager didn't care to respond to our complaint about the lack of hot water after speaking with her directly. We will not stay here again.
