There were 8 of us that stayed in this house for a week! We all appreciated having our own bedrooms and bathrooms attached! We especially loved the pool and the warm water everyday! We enjoyed the nice kitchen and used the grill outside! There was some renovations going on in the neighborhood but it never bothered us! There was a rooster or two in the neighborhood but you could not hear them when you were inside! I felt the check in process was very easy! I would definitely recommend this house!

This house was spotless!!! We loved everything about it. It worked perfectly for 3 couples everyone had an en-suite connected to their bedroom which we loved. Everything was perfect no issues from check in to check out.Only downfall was the canal with all of the sea grass it really smelled bad. No fault of the owners

The house was beautiful. Very well done new build, clean, well stocked with basics. The pool and outdoor kitchen area were nice features. The street that 5he house is situated on is a mix of very old poorly kept trailer homes and beautiful brand new construction. The canal we were on was very narrow and the water did not flow well leading to a lot of debris present.
Ultimately a nice home however for the money it should minimally have a few beach chairs, kayaks, bikes and a cooler. We have stayed in the keys many times as well as rented homes all over the country, these items are not a big ask.
