“Sandcastle by the Sea“ is newly decorated to incorporate the hues of the sand and sea in tan, green, and blue, with 'splashes' of turquoise. The modern West Indies style creates an inviting space. Features include a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, solid surface counters, and white cabinetry, indoor and outdoor seating for four, and updated lighting, art, and accessories.
This is a ground floor unit offering the ease and convenience of entering the pool area and beach access directly from the unit-NO ELEVATOR NEEDED! This is a nice amenity for unloading beach and pool gear and for quick trips back to the condo for snacks and meal time! The community grills and picnic pavilion are nearby. TEN FOOT CEILINGS make this condo feel especially spacious.
You also have convenient access to the well- appointed lobby and complex amenities.
A queen sleeper sofa AND a full sleeper sofa plus king-size bed allow five to sleep comfortably. The primary bedroom gives a nod to Key West with bright furnishings and fun artwork and accessories.

Everything was very clean only issues was the broken seal on fridge and cracked toilet, it was very convenient to the pool being on the bottom floor.

This would have been a 5-star review. However, this place lacked my personal standards of being clean (with outrageous cleaning fees being charged). Otherwise, great condo, great decor and fully stocked with all necessary items in the kitchen.
