This house is a dream. I had my 3 siblings, their kids, and my 74 yr old mom come into town and the property couldn’t have suited us better. There is an immediate “wow” factor with the pool and gulf view and it never goes away! Each moment is a picture out of a Hemingway novel. The home has tile flooring which helps keep the place cool even in the hot Florida sun. Plenty of space to sprawl out. We put the 3 nieces in the 6th bedroom downstairs and it worked perfectly as they had a private bathroom and fridge which they loved. The boys loved the green turf and enjoyed hours of putting on the green. Our friends have kayaks so we used them from the dock. We also rented a pontoon boat one day and even with low tide you’re able to get to the dock so I was able to let everyone off so they didn’t have to go back to the marina with me.We had four cars parked and there was still plenty of room. The master bedroom is a dream for sure. My wife kept looking for properties to buy on the water. She had to work some of the time and set up a desk looking out at the Gulf and was perfectly content. Olga and Bill were amazing and responsive. We didn’t have any issues with the home at all but I have no doubt they would’ve helped us fix them immediately if we did.Book with confidence! Made a lifetime of memories in a short amount of time.

We had an amazing stay on Indian Bluff Island. The location is perfect, with great biking and a nice park just north of the property that’s ideal for kids. It’s only about a 20-minute drive to Honeymoon Beach, so getting to the water was easy. Family went fishing four days in a row and was picked up right at the dock, we also rented a local boat to get out to the nearby islands, which was a highlight of the trip. Between the biking, boating, fishing, and beach time, this was an absolutely great trip and we would definitely come back.

Great mix of fishing with the dock and swimming in the pool. Great that some of the pool was shaded! Outdoor area by pool fantastic.
