The Good: Clean, comfortable, quiet with amazing views of the Pacific Ocean and the Anacapa Islands. Located about a mile from the Ventura pier (walking) and not far from the downtown area. The "less than good": Although Sunny Days does mentions a set of steps to get to the unit, we counted about 54 steps from the street parking to the door. It was a challenge coming up and down with suitcases and groceries. Overall: We enjoyed our time and would recommend it for quiet, comfort and pretty good access to Ventura sites.

Our second stay at this beautiful spot. Clean, airy, well appointed, and comfortable inside and out. Remarkable ocean views from the expansive terrace, landscaping that provides privacy as well as natural beauty And a hot tub! Great communication with the host before, during, and after our visit. We look forward to visiting again
