Very clean and extremely responsive staff. A little street noise at night, but then again Zipolite is a busy little tourist town. Lots of steep spiral towers, so be careful. Great rooftop terrace and pool is ok. WIFI was fast and rarely not working.

The unit is clean and modest. The 3/4 fridge kept things very cold, and the kitchen is sufficient for simple cooking. The a/c and wifi were reliable. Location is on the main road and is noisy, but only a 3 minute walk to beach with nearby convenience store and produce store. The bathroom is outside and is buggy at night. We found the price to be reasonable.
