This Hampstead home is located in the Topsail Greens Neighborhood. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished. Each room either has a queen bed, a full bed, and two twin beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The house features two full bathrooms. With amenities like a washing machine and dryer, WiFi, a/c, fire pit, and charcoal grill our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your stay one to remember. Start the day with a cup of coffee on the screened in porch or breakfast on the spacious deck. Memories are ready to be made while roasting marshmallows in the fire pit during the evening. This home is located on a quiet culdesac and just steps from the walking path so bring your bicycles! Surf City Beach is only 15 minutes away, close enough to the water without the crowds. Come and experience the charm of this quaint and cozy property. There are two Ring doorbells located on this property, one located on the front door and one on the back porch for security purposes only.

We had a great experience here. Even though it is right in the middle of Hampstead (with so many restaurants and amenities) , the neighborhood is serene and quiet. The home itself is so well stocked with everything you could need. Large and clean with comfy beds and pillows. And the owner is a dream to work with! Quick to respond, helpful and so friendly. We will be back!

Very nicely furnished, 1 Br at one end with bath. Other 2 Br other end with shared bath. Great screened in porch with seating & table, that looks out over walking path & nature area. Quiet neighborhood setting. Very clean with plenty of dishes, flatware, and pots & pans. Communication was more than perfect. Owner provided so much helpful info; that when we arrived we knew what to do & where to find items. We will be back again for sure. Thank you again for a wonderful extended weekend at the coast.
