Brightly colored serene 2BDR/2BA in the heart of the city. Located less than 7 minutes from downtown and right off the Mardi Gras parade route!

Our beautiful home is 90 years young, vibrant, pristine, and ready for your insta photos! This gem is a perfect blend of historic New Orleans charm with newly renovated and modern finishes mixed in. Also, located 5 blocks from St. Charles Avenue and the renowned streetcar line.

Excellent ease of check-in, VERY communicative host: quickly responsive to a few questions throughout the stay. Important to note that this location is not within easy walking distance to most tourist interest places, but Uber rides are reasonable, depending on the time of day.Beds super comfortable, blackout curtains in the bedroom very effective, AC set on low and much appreciated! Very clean and tidy.

I would stay here again! It was a lovely home with great amenities and a quick Lyft/Uber to the French Quarter. Communication was quick and easy. Definitely book this house !
