There’s nothing like waking up every morning and feeling the sun shining through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining area while you sip your coffee and contemplate the day. The covered patio has comfy furniture to enjoy the fresh air and view.
This unit features two bedrooms and a “Hollywood” bathroom, which has a second sink/vanity in the Master Bedroom that can be closed off from the main bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, such as coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric water boiler, toaster, blender, cookware, silverware, ceramic and plastic dishes, four burner stove, oven and microwave.
Other amenities include: bed linens, 4 sets of towels, 4 beach towels for Barton Springs, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and free laundry in laundry room on first level.
Cleaning Fee: $200 for all monthly stays,$115 for short stays, mid-stay cleanings are available for $25/hour

Cynthia & Peach are great hosts. The Retro is one of 2 properties of their's we've used, and they've both been wonderful. No hassles with check-in/out, and they've been super responsive when needed, if hiccups arise. Easy and relaxing way to enjoy Zilker Park area/South Austin

Nice quiet area close to everything. Off street dedicated parking, clean and well equipped for a weeks stay or longer. Would stay here again

Adorably decorated, clean, and well kept the only down fall is parking on the hump. But would stay there again.
