The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home in Paradise Palms Resort – a comfortable five-bedroom, five-bathroom house with high-speed Wi-Fi and room for 14 to spread out and relax.
SLEEPING: a king main suite with private bathroom, a second king bedroom with private bathroom, a third king bedroom with shared bathroom, a room with two full beds and a room with two twin beds, both with shared bathrooms – great for kids and cousins.
LIVING: a fully equipped kitchen for family breakfasts, comfortable dining and living areas, and a full laundry inside the home.
OUTDOORS: your very own private pool – heating is available for an extra fee, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival.
INCLUDED: 12 towels, fresh linens and a welcome kit to get you started (replacing it is the guest's responsibility).
RESORT: Paradise Palms' clubhouse with its large resort-style pool is the heart of the community.
LOCATION: 9 minutes to Walmart, 20 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to the Premium Outlets and 30 minutes to Universal.
Guest Access:
The whole house is yours to enjoy – private pool, kitchen, laundry and every bedroom and living area. Registered guests also get to enjoy the Paradise Palms Resort clubhouse and resort pool (all guest names must be registered before arrival). Parking is available at the home.
The Neighborhood:
Paradise Palms is a gated resort-style community in Kissimmee, Florida, with spacious homes and a variety of amenities around its clubhouse and large resort-style pool. Walt Disney World is about 20 minutes away, with SeaWorld, Universal and the Orlando Premium Outlets a little further, and Walmart, supermarkets, restaurants and shops along US-192 are just minutes from the door.
Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the house. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 35–40 minutes by car; US-192 and I-4 whisk you to the theme parks, dining and shopping in no time. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.
Other Things to Note:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request (ID and payment method must match). Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.
GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.
POOL & SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.
GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.
HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages.
AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.
MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.

The property was actually better put-together than we anticipated, as the furniture and style looked at first on the listing to be maybe a bit old. But, pleasantly, we walked into an updated modern house, ready made for our 5-night stay.Pros: private bathrooms, private hot tub, rec room, wifi, pool table, large dining table, full kitchen. We were very impressed with all the offerings.

This was perfect. The pool was warm and when the ac broke it was taken care of right away ! Great location we would stay here again !

The house was large and accommodated our group well. Upon first look, things seemed really great. The longer we stayed, the more issues we saw arise. The kitchen sink was not caulked properly and moved whenever you used it, the carpets upstairs were disgusting, and the towel bars fell off the wall when you touched them, let alone hug a towel on them. Some of the bathrooms didn't even have towel bars. Everything felt worn down and cheap. Not to mention, it was EXTREMELY hot in the house, and we were not able to adjust the thermostat. I'm pretty sure it was broken, which is why we weren't able to adjust it. For what we paid, I would say it was just okay. A nice house with amenities, but there were definitely some things that needed improving.
