4-bedroom Wasaga Beach cottage for families and friend groups (sleeps 8). Year-round hot tub, fire pit, basement ping pong / games, and about a 3-minute walk to the beach. Easy drive to Blue Mountain and Collingwood. Dog-friendly (see pet rules).

My husband and I and our little french bulldog truly enjoyed the space to unwind and get away over the holidays. The hot tub and private backyard was a gem for evening relaxing sessions after days of holiday excitement and the benefit that our little dog could watch through the sliding doors from the warmth inside was a huge benefit. The location to the quiet beach area and dog beach was a huge benefit and the weather was mild which meant we enjoyed walking the almost empty beach daily. The space is clean, well equipped for guests and the the little touches provided by Sunil to make our stay comfortable was much appreciated. You will not be disappointed with this space, from the gas fireplace to warm on cold days, to the very comfortable beds and ample storage and mirrors in each room. 5 star accommodations!

We had a great time at Sunil’s beach house. The house is located on a quiet street and only a few mins walk to the beach. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub in the backyard. We will definitely be back!
