This stay was very convenient to my commute and lots of things to do around the property.

The unit fit my needs for a weekend stay with friends. Really convenient area to walk around the city center of Philly. Apartment felt really safe with a 24-hour doorman.
As for the unit itself, it was just fine and livable. It was a really open space and nice for me and 7 other friends — great for our stay! Upon check in there were a few interesting stains on the bedroom wall, small parts of the wooden floor missing, and a few dings in the wall. The wooden board of the bed in the single queen bedroom also was broken and caused the bed to sink.
There were some check in communication lags and an issue accessing the unit upon check in.
It’s a great unit for the convenience, but just a few things to flag on my trip that felt a bit more bumpy for a “luxury” apartment.
