We could not have asked for a better stay for our vacation! The host met us day of arrival and gave all instructions and made sure I had his number if there were any problems. The house was minutes away from places like WM and DD (because you need coffee). We were very happy to get out and do activities and come back to the house and have a swimming pool. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer so we were able to keep wash items we used and put them up before leaving. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for family vacation rental that is close by to shops, but also in a quiet neighborhood so you can enjoy downtime.

Perfect for our family trip! The home was spacious, comfortable, and incredibly kid-friendly. The kids absolutely loved the pool. We especially loved the host James who greeted us and called mid-week to ensure everything was as expected. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the entire place was sparkling clean. We would absolutely stay here again."

My experience 1. No answer back on text message through Vrbo app upon arrival2. I thought it was very unusual weird that the owner was waiting in the house for us to come in. ( I have never experienced this before) Seems like he wanted to see who was coming. Also, explaining how to work the temperature of the air condition arrow up arrow down, showing in the garage, the difference of what goes in paper recycle what goes in plastic recycle bin when very unnecessary.3. Overall house was very nice and clean. You’re offering a four bedroom but you have a living room & den and there is a very small one TV in the whole house. 4. the neighbors behind the house very noisy late night. I understand the joining of the backyards but just to keep in mind very noisy pretty late 11:30PM. I realize this owner has no control over that.
