About this house rental
Coastal Haven is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large fenced backyard complete with gas grill and patio table and chairs. Nice screen porch off of the dining room seats 6 complete with TV. Great to drink coffee in the morning on the quiet, screen porch. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has a set of twin beds. All bedrooms have large walk-in closets and ceiling fans. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations with plenty of room to store your toiletries. There are 3 televisions, high-speed wireless internet (bring your laptop and IPad), lots of great books to read, plenty of games to keep the kids entertained. The kitchen is full size and fully equipped to stay for a week or a month! It has everything you could possibly need to make your stay more enjoyable. An array of pots and pans, dishware, bowls, glassware and even spices are provided to enhance your cooking needs.

The house was perfect for our vacation. This was our first trip to St. Simons and Dawn's property was nice to come home to after a long day. It was quiet and had everything we needed. Thank you Dawn.

We had a wonderful stay. This home is very spacious and comfortable with all the necessary things. The screened in back porch with TV and fences in backyard are great for winding down from a busy beach day as well as enjoy morning coffee. Easy walk to the beach with pets and/or children. The neighborhood is private and the neighbors are nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Great communication with the owner. Very clean. Quiet, great proximity to park which was great as we had our dog with us.Owner even had sweet little extras like Beekman Soaps and disposable woman's razor. We go to Saint Simones every year. Hope to stay again.
