Our beach house has a spacious open floor plan, dining table & countertop seating. All kitchen needs covered! Queen bed, and 2 Full beds, 2 full baths (shower & bathtub). Linens included! Paper towel and toilet paper to get you started (and walking distance to full service grocery store). WiFi. TVs in each room including cable. DVD & VHS, books, games, beach toy essentials.

My family and I have had a wonderful time this past week. The house was in a great location for families to relax and have fun at the pools and splash pads, the convenience of the golf cart makes just as close to the beach access too! The house has everything a family could ask for…will definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect. House was clean and cozy. The community was perfect. Golf cart was a huge hit. Grocery store two mins away. Easy beach access. We can’t wait to return.

This was an awesome stay. David the owner was phenomenal. House was perfect and seeing all the "wildlife" ducks, turtles, swans, etc from the back patio deck was so very cool! Definitely a great place to stay and will be returning for sure!!

We had a excellent stay. Had all essentials for kitchen, nice towels. Laundry was a bonus. Nice to have tissues and nightlights.We used the golf cart a few times but only went to the beach once so gate card was not essential. Pool was nice. Only thing that could improve was that the regular coffee maker was tiny so had to brew twice for two people. (There was also a keurig). Took a while to figure out the Nest thermostat. Instructions would be helpful. Tap to adjust means tap the right outer ring at 3 o'clock from the side then slide finger down perimeter to adjust.
