Inside the property was fine. The back parking area was filthy with animals evidently getting in the trash which was scattered around the lot

Needed a few days to relax with my girlfriend, glad we chose to stay here. The apartment was very cozy and clean!! River views are amazing especially at night! Highly recommend if anyone needs a private getaway.

It was a nice little place. The only thing I wished it had was a washer & dryer, and tv in the bedroom. As I dont like going to laundry mat, and I was there for more than 30 days. The owner was nice and quick to respond.
