Enjoy magnificent views over the Bay of Roses, the Alt Empordà and the Pyrenees from this house with aprivate swimming pool and spacious terraces. The house offers 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room with large windows and avery well-equipped kitchen. The porch and terrace provide areas for enjoying outdoor meals in the sun or shade. The plot, house, garden and swimming pool are entirely for private use. Outside you will find 8 sun loungers, a barbecue and several areas to relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Equipped with air conditioning with heat pump, central heating and Wi-Fi. Groups of young people are not accepted. Minimum age: 25 years. Important: guests must have their own liability insurance covering theft of personal belongings and other possible accidents.
