Fantastic stay. Great house. Great host. Great location. The beds were super comfortable, the house was clean and the communication with the host was awesome. We discovered two broken boogie boards. I told the host and within a half hour there were two brand-new ones in the garage. Great neighborhood for evening walks. Pool was awesome. Nick-picky items: pool pump (I think) right next to the main bedroom and kicks on at 7am. Kitchen was not the most well-stocked (had everything we needed for a family of four, but barely). I only mention those things to highlight how great everything else that mattered was. I would certainly recommend this house and/or this host. If you are going to the beach just keep in mind that the commute will depend entirely upon the time of day you are traveling.

Chris is a wonderful host. This property is accurately portrayed and very clean. It’s a great quiet neighborhood. We will be planning future visits here.
