About this house rental
At the foot of the Funeral Mountains, just outside Death Valley National Park, this tiny home is a great basecamp for adventures. Death Valley, Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge, Rhyolite Ghost Town, and Beatty are just a short drive away. Our secluded 4+ acre property has few neighbors and is adjoined by thousands of acres of public land to explore. Hike the Funeral Mountains with abandoned mines right from the front door or visit "Big Dune" Recreation Area just 6 miles away.

It was a tiny house as advertised, but the use of space was clever and surprisingly comfortable. It’s definitely best suited for up to four people. The instructions for check‑in, WiFi, and the surrounding area were clear and very helpful. We also loved watching the night sky with no city lights around. Everyone slept well, and we truly appreciated the owner’s thoughtful hospitality. We even found marshmallow sticks by the fireplace, which was a fun surprise. Check‑out was just as easy and clearly explained.

Excellent stargazing and beautiful Mountain View’s. Clean efficient living space for the two of us. Low ceilings in sleeping space, crawling in and out of the beds was fun…but beds and pillows were comfortable.

Marcus & Misty are wonderful hosts. During my first night at the property, I notified them that one of the bed railings was loose & that the cabinet in the bathroom should have a head stopper. When I returned to the property the second night, these issues had all been addressed. So kudos to the hosts for outstanding customer service & support.

The tiny home was very clean and comfortable. The location is quiet and dark which allows for great nighttime sky viewing.There is a full kitchen inside and they have a gas grill out on the patio as well. There are two TVs in the house though we never turned them on. We enjoyed the quiet every evening.We spent our days in and around Death Valley. It was great to have such a nice place to come back to every night.The check-in and check-out was very easy and the owner's communication with us was perfect. They were very helpful and answered our texts quickly.I highly recommend this property if you are in the area. It is perfect for a desert get away.
