This home is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with open floor plan from the Kitchen, Living area to Dining Room. Kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, breakfast bar and comes fully stocked to make your favorite dishes/ recipes. Start making those memories with friends & family at our Community pool/gas grills/fountains/tables/restroom all within a few steps. Property sleeps 6 people. Pet friendly for small dogs 2+ years or older and under 35LBS. No puppies./Updated rabies vaccine/dog photo. Traveler ID required & must be 25 yrs or older.

We loved the house! It was very clean and well taken care of . The host, Kim, was always very quick to o respond to all questions I had. The kitchen was awesome. There was a plethora of utensils and dishes. The counter was huge which made it very easy to prepare meals. The backyard patio was very nice with furniture and a dinette set with umbrella. The bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were very nice. There were plenty of tvs with a nice big screen in tte living room . The front porch with rocking chairs was very nice. The beach was 5 blocks away per Kim, but they were small blocks, so the walk was no problem. A new restroom/ramp is being built and will be done in a month. This will solve the only negative we had with our visit . It is nice to have a restroom nearby at the beach AND no steps if you have a beach cart . The community pool is very nice and was never crowded. There were 2 gas grills at the pool, although only one was operable . We had a very nice vacation.

Great place, very well equipped, clean and close to Gulf of America. Host was awesome - Will consider coming back in the fall or at least not during spring break.

I always book a VRBO with a hot tub. The first thing I noticed was NO HOT TUB , so I called the property manager and they said they never had one. So I asked why they are MISREPRESENTING the property. I paid for a hot tub and didnโt get one. They did not even offer to reduce the price. What she did offer was for me to leave right away so she wouldnโt get a bad review. My daughter went to use the bedroom jacuzzi and it spewed out black particles. I would not recommend the property or agent to anyone
