About this apartment rental
Welcome to your private Art Apartment in Rome, a home with a distinctive character where art and interior architecture come together, just a short walk from the Vatican.
The apartment is centrally located, about a 5-minute walk from the Vatican Museums and just a couple of minutes from Ottaviano Metro Station. St. Peter’s Square and St. Peter’s Basilica are also within walking distance.
It is an officially authorized accommodation.
Inside, you’ll find a double bedroom, a living area with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen.
Art is an integral part of the identity of the home. The interiors feature original artworks and painted elements conceived and created specifically for the apartment, including details painted directly onto the walls. High ceilings, exposed brickwork and beams interact with these artistic elements and contribute to the distinctive character of the interiors.
The artworks were created by the owner and conceived as part of the spaces themselves, rather than simply added as decorative pieces.
The bathroom area also has an unusual layout and is arranged in two separate spaces: the spacious walk-in shower is located in its own room, while the toilet area is separate.

The Vatican Museums, St. Peter’s Square and St. Peter’s Basilica are all within walking distance.
Ottaviano Metro Station is just a few minutes away on foot and provides convenient connections to other parts of Rome, including the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, the Colosseum and Circus Maximus.
Shops, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets can be found throughout the surrounding area. A car is not necessary for visiting central Rome.
**Important information:**
Normal check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
For arrivals outside these hours, please contact us in advance to check availability. Late check-in is subject to prior confirmation and an additional fee may apply depending on the arrival time.
Illegal activities and illegal downloading of files are not permitted in the apartment.
The applicable Rome city tax is payable according to local regulations.

One of my favorite places in all my travels. Alessandra was an exceptional host and the apartment was one of my favorite parts of being in Rome. Walkable neighborhood and everything you need within a block. The building is quiet and peaceful and she has everything you need during your stay.

Our host was incredible. She responded quickly and answered all questions. The location was ‘perfecto’. Very short walk to The Vatican.

We enjoyed our stay at Alessandra’s place. It was very central and close to a lot of main locations. She was also very helpful in arranging for the delivery of our luggage, we’re truly grateful for that.

Amazing spot in Roma! Steps from Vatican and St.Pete that wakes you up in the morning giving unforgettable flavor of its spirit. Properly is super clean and well maintained. The only issue is noisy common area of entrance with restaurant downstairs so the sounds of the people waking talking and opening doors are present until very late. We could not rest from jet lag in the middle of the day. Had to go to pharmacy to get ear plugs.
