Brand new holiday home only a few metres away from the popular Victor Harbor beaches. Beautifully designed with your comfort in mind this pet friendly property has everything you can wish for your next family holiday
Situated close to the beach, main-street and shopping district you can visit the Victor Harbor cafes and restaurants or just sit on the balcony and enjoy dinner overlooking Granite Island.
This 2 storey home has 4 spacious bedrooms and sleeps up to 9 guests. The downstairs area has a separate lounge area with a fully equipped kitchen for your comfort. The upstairs area has the master bedroom with ensuite and another fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. Via the lounge you get access to the balcony with entertainment area to enjoy your get-togethers.
Lovely sitting area outside with access to the enclosed backyard and a bbq.
The property is uniquely positioned just off Hardy street with a safe access to the beach during your family holiday.

• Garage/Games room is available with table tennis and foosball/Mini Pool table
• King bedroom with TV has an ensuite bathroom with toilet
• Second toilet on top level
• Lower level has another full bathroom and separate toilet
• Car Park is available in front of the house
This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bathmat, face washer and T-towel.
Please note: a $500 bond applies to all bookings + pets upon request

This home was immaculately presented. Ample space throughout and bedrooms were all decent sizes. Spacious kitchen/living area upstairs that displayed magnificent views of the Habour - absolutely stunning. Another kitchen/living area downstairs which is handy. Plenty of parking spots directly opposite the home within the very quiet private drive. Location is practical with all amenities within a short drive. We would stay here again and happy to recommend to anyone.

We loved our stay here. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the short walk to the beach! The cooling system was top notch, fans in the bedrooms made for a quality nights sleep too! Will book here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Break Away! Loved the views from the balcony and the house was immaculate. The kids loved the games room downstairs and the short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you
