The villa was great! I have stayed in other units and this one was by far the best ! Clean, roomy and I loved that the second bedroom had queen beds . The patio and balcony chairs were comfy and made morning coffee enjoyable with a great beach view.

We had a great stay! The home was just as listed in the description. Wonderful to wake up right on the beach each morning! Chuck was very responsive

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The place overall is beautiful and has a great location. However this unit was quite dirty and the kitchen was poorly stocked with very old and unwashed dishes/pots and pans. There weren't even any paper towels. I knew folks in the other units and they gave rave reviews.
