The house is really close to the freeway entrance for easy access to San Francisco, Palo Alto, San Jose, Santa Clara, and the rest of the Bay Area and beyond. Free parking is available on the property.

Ready for preparing a simple breakfast to a gourmet homecooked meal. Washer and dryer are located at the far end of the kitchen and free for guests to use.

Optional hot tub use (nonrefundable extra charge):
Newly-installed 7-person hot tub with massaging jets available on our back patio! Extra charge covers the entire stay and is calculated as: $20 for the first night's stay then $10/day for each additional day. Let us know after booking if you'd like to use the hot tub so that we can prepare it for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire ground floor of the house, the front porch, and the back patio. Guests may not access the attic, basement, or the outdoor area beyond the fenced back patio.

Other Details:
No parties on the property. Neighbors are sensitive to loud music and excessive noise levels.
We have security cameras set up around the house: One exterior security camera overlooking the driveway and street, one overlooking the main entrance, one overlooking the back patio including hot tub area, and one overlooking the side entrance.
