Comfortable studio apartment with a nice balcony overlooking the pool and bay, and amenities if you do not want to dine out for every meal including a full-size and mini fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, and hot plate. The location is ideal if you are looking for a place to just come down and relax by the water, or if visiting family and friends in the Ruskin/Apollo Beach area.

The amenities are wonderful’ The pool was very warm and we especially enjoyed the hot tub. Our room was clean and well equipped

We liked the property overall, but we did have a few issues beginning on the first day. There was supposed to be a "binder" in the room that would probably have explained many things but, there was no "binder" in the room. The wall mounted hair dryer did not work. There were two TV remotes in the room, but neither one worked consistently. There was only one hand towel in the bathroom. The door lock mechanism was faulty. After trial and error, I learned that unless I slammed the door, the latch would not secure the door. I communicated these concerns to Carmen, via texts, phone calls, and email on the first day, but never once did I receive a return phone call. This is very unprofessional.
