About this house rental
A 4-bedroom, 2-bath North Tampa home for up to 10, with a private heated pool in a fully fenced yard. The game room has pool and ping-pong tables. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are 5 minutes away, downtown Tampa 20 and the airport 25.
Sunny Haven House is built for groups doing the parks. An L-shaped sectional fills the living room, the dining table seats 8, and the game room ends up being the most-used room in the house. Out back, a fully fenced yard shaded by big trees holds the heated pool, outdoor seating and a grill.

★ Setting: a residential street in North Tampa near Forest Hills Park. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night.
★ Pool heat: $35 per night for the whole stay, added at booking. The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, and the setting cannot be changed mid-stay.
★ Bathrooms & beds: 2 full baths for up to 10. Two king beds, a queen with a twin bunk, and a bunk room.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, max 50 lbs each, $150 per pet, disclosed before arrival. Undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests; $15 per night for each guest above 8. Early check-in or late check-out $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.
★ After booking: a signed rental agreement is required; the booking guest must be 25+. Check-in 4 pm, check-out 10 am. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.

To be honest, it was a little dated and modern mixed. But overall, clean, comfortable, convenient and a great value for the price. Loved the commute to Busch Gardens. Kudos to the management company for their super quick responses to the very minor problems that we had. Very impressive for a holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend this place and rental company to anyone visiting Tampa and Busch Gardens.

Honestly this was one of the best house rentals I've ever stayed at. The host was super accommodating, VERY responsive to messages promptly, and just in general very friendly. Normally there's always at least one thing to nit-pick with a house rental and there truly were none here. Pool was great, house was as advertised, the bedrooms were perfectly accommodating for our group. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. 10/10 would recommend and would stay there again next time I am in Tampa.

The house was beautifully remodeled. Very clean and comfortable. Check in process was easy and communication with property manager was good. Unfortunately, the outdoor space was misrepresented. The leaves from the surrounding trees were everywhere and so many in the pool. We had to try and clean them out every day. A simple pool cover would of made it easier. Also, the house is located next door to a large automotive garage, so the noise was often so loud, we had to go inside.
