• Check-in: After 5:00 PM | Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Early check-in/late checkout may be available—request at the Welcome Center upon arrival/departure

• Must be 21 or older to check in
• Daily resort fee: $22+ tax per night
• Accidental Damage Waiver: A non-refundable $59 accidental damage waiver is required for each reservation and provides coverage for up to $1,000 in qualifying accidental damage to the rental property. To qualify, damage must be reported to Provident before checkout.
The waiver does not cover intentional or negligent damage, smoking, unauthorized pets or guests, missing items, excessive cleaning, rule violations, fines, or damage exceeding $1,000. Guests remain financially responsible for excluded damage and any costs above the coverage limit.
• Each condo is individually owned—interior design and furnishings may vary from photos
• Ocean views and balconies are not guaranteed
• Marina/trailer parking for boats not included—reserve in advance with Ocean Pointe Suites Property Management/Dock Master
• Kayaks and paddleboards are not included in reservation
• Limit of 2 vehicles per condo unit
• Jet Skis & jet boats are not allowed on the property.
• RVs/motorhomes, oversized vehicles, or commercial vehicles displaying logos or advertisements are not allowed on the property.
