Close to everything but tucked under a canopy of trees, chirping birds and squirrels, you feel like you are in a Bird House! Clean and simple 2-bedroom, pet-friendly guest suite with private access, fenced in yard & Hottub! Cozy space minutes to downtown, beaches, and the airport.

Excellent location - close proximity to everything, yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood that you don’t notice that you’re right off a busy road! The outdoor space was the best part - breeze and a fan to keep you cool, comfy couch and swing to veg out and watch TV while having a lowkey dinner on the porch. Beds are comfortable, desks in each room for working or just organizing some smaller travel items for easy access. Natalie was excellent in communicating check-in/out instructions. Didn’t get to use the hot tub, but plan to return in the future to take advantage. Property is clean, spacious and has everything you need - including a small fridge and a prep area for quick coffee or light meal.

Our overall stay was excellent and I would stay at this property again. We had some minor issues with the hot tub and as long as you are prepared to eat out for most of your stay (there is no stove and only a dorm room refrigerator, no utensils) then you are good to go. The owner is responsive via text.
